Infracomm Group Ltd was founded by two senior chartered professionals committed to delivering expert commercial support directly – without the overhead of a large consultancy.
Director
Tom is a Chartered Commercial Manager with over 22 years of experience delivering major infrastructure projects across the UK, the Middle East and Australia. He has particular depth in the UK water sector, having spent significant periods managing commercial delivery on water treatment and infrastructure programmes for Severn Trent Water and Sydney Water, in addition to further contractor-side water sector experience in the UK.
His portfolio includes some of the most significant infrastructure programmes in the UK and internationally – HS2, Hinkley Point C, major NEC4 water treatment works and large-scale FIDIC developments in the Middle East. Tom is known for strategic commercial thinking, robust governance and the ability to lead commercial teams through complex programme delivery. His recent role leading the commercial function on a £775 million water infrastructure portfolio for Sydney Water demonstrates both his seniority and his deep understanding of client-side commercial requirements in the regulated water sector.
Director
Michael is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with over 30 years of experience in construction commercial management, dispute resolution and procurement advisory. He holds a Masters in Construction Law and Arbitration from King's College London and is a member of the Society of Construction Law – giving him a combined technical and legal perspective that is rare in the industry.
Michael founded MA Evans in 2002 as a specialist consultancy providing high-value advice in construction management, dispute resolution and procurement strategy. Prior to that, he spent six years as a Partner in the Contract Advisory Services division at EC Harris (now Arcadis) in London and Hong Kong, advising governments and private sector clients on complex infrastructure programmes. His ability to approach problems from both a technical and legal perspective makes him a formidable advisor for clients facing complex disputes or needing strategic procurement and commercial guidance.
