Tom Oates MCInstCES

Director

Tom is a Chartered Commercial Manager with over 22 years of experience delivering major infrastructure projects across the UK, the Middle East and Australia. He has particular depth in the UK water sector, having spent significant periods managing commercial delivery on water treatment and infrastructure programmes for Severn Trent Water and Sydney Water, in addition to further contractor-side water sector experience in the UK.

His portfolio includes some of the most significant infrastructure programmes in the UK and internationally – HS2, Hinkley Point C, major NEC4 water treatment works and large-scale FIDIC developments in the Middle East. Tom is known for strategic commercial thinking, robust governance and the ability to lead commercial teams through complex programme delivery.
